I am Claudia, and I am passionate about leadership and people development. Empowering women to reach their full potential and discover their unique leadership style is key to making a difference in the corporate world.
As a leader in a big corporation, I have faced the same challenges as you. I have trained over 1,000 employees in various workshops on the importance of consciousness and awareness to overcome unconscious biases.
I am also a mentor for other ambitious women in the workplace, helping them achieve great results.
